‘Dune’ Franchise Officially Debuts Major New Sci-Fi Project Before ‘Part 3’

Surviving Arrakis already requires players to endure sandworms, lethal heat, political conflict, and an endless fight over the universe’s most valuable resource. Until now, console players could only watch as the struggle unfolded on PC, while anyone uninterested in sharing the desert with other survivors had to accept the game’s online structure. Both barriers have officially disappeared with the largest expansion of Dune: Awakening since its original launch.
