Bode Leone (Max Thieriot) might be the main protagonist of Fire Country, but is he the best character in the series? While Bode has had an impressive journey going from the prodigal son returning to Edgewater to finally becoming a fully-fledged firefighter, the title of the best character in Fire Country goes to Bode’s late father, Vince Leone (Billy Burke). While Fire Country killed him off in the Season 3 finale during the Zabel Ridge fire, Vince still wears the crown as one of the show’s most beloved characters.
