Stephen Root Officially Wins Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series for ‘Widow’s Bay’

The small-screen stars are out tonight for the Primetime Emmy Awards on NBC and Peacock. Law & Order: Special Victims Unit‘s Mariska Hargitay is on the case as tonight’s host, and the awards are being handed out as we speak. The Emmy for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series went to Stephen Root for his performance in Widow’s Bay. It is his 2nd nomination and 1st win.
