Dungeon Crawler Carl is quickly expanding into something more than just a literary phenomenon. Since the first book in the LitRPG series by Matt Dinniman was released in 2020, over 14 million copies have been sold across all eight installments, and Peacock is adapting Carl’s story into a live-action series under Seth MacFarlane‘s Fuzzy Door banner. Most fittingly, though, Renegade Game Studios is making the World Dungeon playable through an official tabletop RPG and a themed version of the roguelike deck-building game, Unstoppable. Supporters smashed through the $250,000 goal easily, generating over $13 million for the production of both games into something befitting the bonkers, apocalyptic version of Earth crafted by the alien Borant Corporation.
