One of Cinema’s Earliest Serial Killer Movies Is Officially Streaming for Free

A film noir classic that inspired all your favorite serial killer movies and shows, from David Fincher’s Mindhunter to the Swedish sensation The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, is streaming for free for a whole new generation to discover. The movie is among the nearly 1,000 titles already available on JustWatch TV, a platform that’s currently in beta phase but will be launched in earnest this October. Nearly 100 years old, the classic film follows a cat-and-mouse chase between a serial killer who targets children and the investigator tasked with tracking him down.
