Quentin Tarantino’s First Movie in 7 Years Officially Hits IMAX in Just 2 Months

Quentin Tarantino has only directed nine movies in his career, but he’s still widely known as one of the most polarizing filmmakers of all time, if not the most. Best known for his work on classic crime thrillers like Pulp Fiction and Kill Bill, Tarantino has also ventured into other genres like WWII movies and epic Westerns for hits like Inglourious Basterds and The Hateful Eight. It’s quickly approaching 10 years since Tarantino directed a feature film — he last helmed Once Upon a Time… in Hollywood, which hit theaters in 2019. Tarantino, who famously makes movies cheaper than most other directors, convinced the studio to invest $90 million into the making of the 2019 showbiz epic, but it more than proved its worth by grossing $409 million at the global box office.
