The newly announced partner to Tom Cruise in Day of Thunder 2, Anne Hathaway, is currently having the busiest year of her career. Soon, she will debut her final big-screen installment of a huge 2026, as she reunites with director Michael Showalter — who previously directed her in Prime Video’sThe Idea of You — in Verity, the latest in a flurry of Colleen Hoover adaptations on the big screen. Verity will also star the likes of Dakota Johnson and Josh Hartnett, and promises to be the darkest Hoover adaptation yet.
