Next month, U.S. audiences will be blessed on the big screen by the most exciting new Jane Austenadaptation. Focus Features will debut the latest interpretation of Austen’s classic Sense and Sensibility, led by Daisy Edgar-Jones and Esmé Creed-Miles as Elinor and Marianne, the Dashwood sisters. Directed by Blue Jean‘s Georgia Oakley, this new interpretation will be hoping to capture the same charm and heart that was present in the beloved 1995 adaptation by Ang Lee, which starred Emma Thompson, Kate Winslet, Hugh Grant, and Alan Rickman.
